Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, purchasing credits, or using Accel services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy.

Use of Services

You may use Accel solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Misuse of the platform, including attempts to reverse engineer, resell, or exploit system vulnerabilities, is strictly prohibited.

Data Ownership & Usage

  • All datasets, models, and validation results you upload remain your property.
  • By using Accel, you grant Sigmawave AI a limited license to process and store your data solely for the purpose of providing services.
  • We do not share or sell customer data to third parties without consent.

Credits & Billing

  • Platform access is based on credits, subscriptions, or custom agreements.
  • Purchased credits are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
  • Additional revisions, requests, or integrations may require extra credits or fees.

Deliverables & Revisions

  • Deliverables include reports, validation results, and dataset outputs as specified at purchase.
  • Each package includes one (1) revision. Additional revisions can be purchased separately.

Limitations of Liability

  • Sigmawave AI provides Accel “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
  • Users are responsible for verifying results before applying them in production systems.

Termination of Access

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
  • Upon termination, your access to services will cease, but you retain ownership of your uploaded data.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore (or insert your preferred jurisdiction). Any disputes shall be resolved under its courts of competent jurisdiction.
